I worked directly with Elevatus for several years while managing the law office of Ramey & Kampf, PA.
They built, maintained, and serviced our entire systems. It was the first time I had to make major decisions about IT since my previous firms handled IT in-house. Charles Phelps and his team were very kind and patient with all of my questions and requests. Charles, We just spoke about Fredy's phenomenal performance at the meeting yesterday. Then, during the last meeting of our day, Dr. Bermudez's computer stopped working. I assisted with submitting a ticket, but the meeting ended at 5 p.m., so it was after hours by the time I was able to submit it.

Fredy still reached out to him! (I honestly didn’t expect anyone to follow up, and I had even advised Dr. Bermudez to call the after-hours line, depending on when he finished his calls.) How awesome is this team member of yours? Effort, skill, attitude—Fredy tried after hours and succeeded in getting the computer functional for the workday this morning, all while maintaining a positive attitude. Kudos!

Thank you for your phone call. I truly want to commend your team. Charles is the smartest IT person I have ever come across. I would highly recommend Elevatus IT. Charles’ team reconfigured all of our switches and revamped our server room. Richard has been amazing—he did all the configurations and has fixed every single issue I've had. The IT help desk, with Fredy, Lamont, and Jason, has been tremendous as well.

We will eventually replace our servers, but for now, the team has kept us highly functional with the new switches. This entire organization is the best I've ever dealt with.
