Charles, We just spoke about Fredy's phenomenal performance at the meeting yesterday. Then, during the last meeting of our day, Dr. Bermudez's computer stopped working. I assisted with submitting a ticket, but the meeting ended at 5 p.m., so it was after hours by the time I was able to submit it.

Thank you for your phone call. I truly want to commend your team. Charles is the smartest IT person I have ever come across. I would highly recommend Elevatus IT. Charles’ team reconfigured all of our switches and revamped our server room. Richard has been amazing—he did all the configurations and has fixed every single issue I've had. The IT help desk, with Fredy, Lamont, and Jason, has been tremendous as well.

We will eventually replace our servers, but for now, the team has kept us highly functional with the new switches. This entire organization is the best I've ever dealt with.
